iMoveMail is an add-in for Outlook that helps power email users to manage the filing of client and project based emails. Using iMoveMail, attorneys can improve their ability to collaborate on files by centralizing client email correspondence in both directions. When a message in the attorney’s personal folder system is closed after reading or sending, iMoveMail will automatically pop-up and present a simple mechanism for filing the message in a shared filing system.
