Outlook Speaks is a simple Windows application that automatically runs in the taskbar when your computer first starts.
When it detects Outlook is running or has stopped, you receive vocal notification that Outlook Speaks is active or inactive.
More importantly, when you receive a new email, you are verbally informed that you have a new EMail along with the priority, the sender and the subject.
