Printing just became simpler with our Print On Demand add-in. Easily print just your selected emails, just the attachments, or both the emails and their attachments, without having to open the emails or their attachments. Best of all, it prints them in order – no more having to fumble around trying to figure out which papers go with which emails.

New! Version 3.5 has been released! Print On Demand has always had a “Print Email” and a “Print Attachments” toolbar button in your main Outlook window. But now in version 2.0, there’s also a new “Print Both” button added to allow you to select multiple emails and then print both emails and their attachments, in order.

In addition, internal print routines for PDF files have been vastly improved, and we now use our internal routines as the default for printing. This means we no longer have the need to drive Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, and no longer run the risk of Outlook hanging because Acrobat or Reader are waiting for user input.
