Choose grouping criteria (priority, owner, category) when importing to improve mindmapping technique. And use Assign branches to Mind2Chart option – to include imported tasks into Mind2Chart Schedule and Chart and also keep managing task info – duration, start and finish dates, owner etc. Keep imported tasks synchronized with MS Outlook – update all task information just by single click.

Discover some new tasks during a meeting or brainstorm session? Don’t waste your time on retyping them in MS Outlook® – simply export selected branches as MS Outlook tasks. All Mind2Chart task information will be exported also – so you don’t have to specify it again in MS Outlook®.
