The ActiveWords Outlook Agent is designed for use with your primary local Outlook data file (PST file). It allows you to execute complex Outlook actions simply by entering names you have assigned to them. For example, you can enter the word ‘call’ at any time in any context and immediately locate and call a phone number of the person you want. You can also open a contact record just by entering a First, Last, or Company name from any context.
