BUSINESSMAIL is an extension to Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange that allow employees in a department/ business unit to collaborate as a team around shared e-mail communication. This ensures insight, visibility and knowledge sharing in all e-mail communication.
Today, the e-mail communication is too dependent on people, and e-mails for a department are often received by one individual who either distributes the e-mail or assigns tasks on the basis of the context in the incoming e-mail.
