Calendar Browser for Outlook is based on Microsoft Exchange server. The resources are stored in a public folder or as an Exchange mail account, or a combination of both. Edit, delete or create new resources with a few mouse clicks. Permissions can be set using standard Exchange folder permissions.
Calendar Browser for Outlook is fully integrated in Microsoft Outlook. Additional services – for instance catering services, conference material or IT equipment – can be ordered with each booking. Bookings can also be tied to projects (persons, units, customers etc).
Calendar Browser for Outlook can also be used to view people’s calendars. Instead of adding resource calendars you add the calendar of each user. The Overview feature of Calendar Browser can then display a view of what is in the calendars of a lot of people.
