Sensedesk Anywhere

With Sensedesk AnyWhere you have your Sensedesk Inbox available on your mobile phone/PDA or in Microsoft Outlook™. And you may add case/ticket activities/messages by simply sending replies to Sensedesk AnyWhere via email.

Sensedesk AnyWhere is a merged functionality between Sensedesk Popup Server, Sensedesk Popup Client and Sensedesk eServer that enables email/SMS notification of case/ticket changes in Sensedesk CRM Helpdesk, and general case handling via email.

For each new update of your Sensedesk Inbox, you will receive a mail with all case information, and may continue working on your cases without having to log in to Sensedesk.
