It\u2019s the reality of today\u2019s e-mail culture.<\/p>\n<p>But this can present big problems for Outlook users. Why? Because out of the box, Outlook only has one default \u201csender\u201d account \u2014 an account it automatically uses regardless of whom you\u2019re e-mailing. If you want to use a non-default account, you have to remember to change it every time you send an e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s easy to do \u2014 but even easier to forget.<\/p>\n<p>And sending an e-mail using an account your recipient doesn\u2019t recognize can be embarrassing.<\/p>\n<p>Worse yet, it can lead to other problems. For instance, recipients not opening your e-mails (because they may not recognize the sender\u2019s name).
